The Food Systems Changemakers Initiative equips community leaders with the tools, connections, and strategies to drive systemic change—with a long-term goal of making fresh, healthy food more accessible for SNAP-eligible populations.

OVERVIEW OF INITIATIVE

  • ​5-day immersive program (October 2024) in systems change, leadership, and food justice

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) sessions with interpretation, meals, compensation, and cultural inclusivity

  • 15+ engaged leaders continuing to meet, collaborate, and advance change
